In October, local regulator CONSOB for an unknown reason ordered to block access to icmarkets.com, which is owned by Raw Trading Ltd. The commission included the domain in the list of prohibited sites that offer trading services in the country illegally.

Since July 2019, the financial regulator CONSOB has received the right to block objectionable web resources. For 1.5 years, more than 300 sites have already been blacklisted. All providers operating in Italy must block platforms at the request of the commission. Otherwise, they will be accused of violating the law and charged with fines.
