Interactive Brokers, a company that provides stock and forex trading services, has announced an update to its IBKR mobile application.

In the latest version of the app, the design has been significantly updated to resemble a dashboard. Access shortcuts and widgets that allow users to personalize the application have also been changed.

In addition, all market movement data has been consolidated into a single menu with a heat map showing sector performance according to indices and market trends. This allows traders and investors to instantly track key market drivers.

The Watch List carousel now displays the closing prices of user-selected tickers, and there is now the ability to quickly create watch lists using the Stock Scanner.

The application also provides quick and convenient access to educational materials collected on the IBKR Campus website.

It is worth noting that the broker regularly improves trading opportunities for its users, thus demonstrating its customer-oriented approach. Previously, Interactive Brokers introduced the Tax Loss Harvest tool for traders, which allows them to realize tax benefits from long-term and short-term capital losses.
