William Klippel, who has more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, has rejoined Forex.com as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, a position he left following the merger of GAIN Capital and StoneX in July 2020.

StoneX Retail has operated the Forex.com and City Index brands since its acquisition by GAIN Capital.

Klippel has been with GAIN Capital for over 14 years. He joined the company in 2005 as a currency pair expert for Forex.com. He went on to hold various management positions, including International Sales Manager and Sales Director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In 2011, he led the development of GTX Direct, a proprietary electronic communications network (ECN), a powerful prime-of-prime brokerage solution.

After leaving GAIN Capital, he joined Capitalise.ai as Head of Sales, where he played a key role in expanding the company's international growth. Klippel also served as Head of the Investment Platforms vertical at Zero Hash, where he oversaw its development.

With his extensive experience and industry knowledge, Klippel is expected to play a critical role in the development of StoneX's retail brands.
