Broker XM has launched the "My Future, My Dream Career" program in Thailand in partnership with the Education for Development Foundation (EDF).

The program primarily aims to support and provide opportunities for students from low-income families to develop career and life skills.

The broker noted that the program consists of several key phases. The first step was to select a school that would be a good fit for the project and develop the creativity and business acumen of its students. The next step was to fund the school, which allowed for skills development projects and extensive training.

In addition, the brokerage held a "Volunteer Day" on October 30. During the event, employees actively interacted with students who presented their products and demonstrated the skills they had acquired. In turn, XM employees from Cyprus and Greece interacted with the students to help them sell their products, strengthening the bond between the team and the beneficiaries of the project.

The collaboration between XM and EDF, an organization dedicated to poverty alleviation, peacebuilding, and educational development, underscores the broker's commitment to improving and developing the professional skills of young people.

"As we continue to play an active role in promoting education and fighting poverty, this initiative serves as an affirmation of our vision for a brighter future for communities around the world," the company said in a message.
