eToro has expanded its cryptoasset offering

In order to meet the increased needs of its users, the eToro broker has expanded its cryptoasset offering with the addition of Render Token, Optimism, and Lido Dao.

Render Token (RNDR) is a GPU-based distributed rendering network built on the Ethereum blockchain and designed to connect artists and studios in need of GPU computing power with mining partners willing to lend their GPUs. Render Token was conceived in 2009 but only launched in 2017.

Optimism (OP) is a Layer 2 blockchain based on Ethereum that aims to scale the Ethereum ecosystem through the Optimism Rollup process. This means that transactions are recorded on Optimism but ultimately secured on Ethereum, leveraging the security of the Ethereum blockchain. Optimism is a multi-protocol environment and has a fixed total value (TVL), making it a remarkable solution for scaling Ethereum.

Lido Dao (LDO) is a staking application for Ethereum. Lido allows users to stake their ETH with no minimum deposit or infrastructure maintenance while participating in network events, such as lending, to make a profit. Lido launched its staking application on December 19, 2020, with the creation of 1 billion LDO tokens.

By expanding its cryptocurrency offering, the broker is demonstrating its commitment to providing users with a wide range of trading options.

Broker eToro began operations in 2007 and focuses exclusively on social trading. The company offers its services in more than 140 countries, with several branches operating in different jurisdictions and licensed by major regulators.
