The brokerage company Admirals Group AS has confirmed changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.

The Supervisory Board of Admirals Group AS has accepted the resignation of the Chairman of the Management Board, Sergey Bogatenkov, as well as the resignation of the Management Board member, Andreas Ioannou.

Alexander Tsikhilov has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Admirals Group and will assume his position on March 1, 2024.

In addition, by resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, Eduard Kelvet and Olga Senyushkina have become new members of the Supervisory Board of Admirals Group AS as of February 5, 2024.

Olga Senyushkina has been working for Admirals as Financial Controller since 2014. Since 2020, she has been an invited member of the Audit Committee of Admiral Markets AS.

Eduard Kelvet has been Head of Compliance at Admiral Markets AS since August 2022.

"The Supervisory Board of Admirals Group AS will work from February 5 to February 29, 2024, and will consist of Alexander Tsikhilov, Anatoly Mikhalchenko, Dmitry Lausch, Priit Rohumaa, Eduard Kelvet, and Olga Senyushkina. As of March 1, 2024, the Supervisory Board will be composed of Anatoly Mikhalchenko, Dmitry Laush, Priit Rohumaa, Eduard Kelvet, and Olga Senyushkina," the company said in a message.

As of March 1, 2024, the Board of Directors of Admirals Group AS will consist of Alexander Tsikhilov, Andrei Cox, and Anton Tikhomirov.
