US-based brokerage firm OANDA has announced the launch of OANDA Crypto, a cryptocurrency trading platform for retail investors and traders in the UK.

"Crypto trading has never been easier for UK traders, who can now trade popular cryptocurrencies on a secure, easy-to-use platform backed by OANDA's reputation," the company said in a statement.

OANDA Crypto is the trading name of OANDA Coinpass Limited, a company registered with the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.

OANDA Coinpass Limited was formed after OANDA Global Corporation acquired a majority stake in Coinpass Limited, a crypto services company in the UK.

The OANDA Crypto platform supports trading in over 63 cryptocurrency pairs and provides access to low-cost deposits and withdrawals.

The OANDA Crypto trading app also gives traders access to over 100,000 public indicators, 110 smart drawing tools, and TradingView-based volume profile indicators.
