Interactive Brokers has launched IBKR Desktop, a next-generation trading application for Windows and Mac.

IBKR Desktop is designed for traders who appreciate Interactive Brokers' simplicity and powerful trading tools.

IBKR Desktop offers access to stocks, options, and futures in over 150 markets, as well as exclusive trading tools designed to enhance investment strategies, including MultiSort and Option Lattice.

Interactive Brokers said it intends to expand support for additional products and integrate improved tools into IBKR Desktop in the near future.

Along with the launch, Interactive Brokers unveiled the IBKR Desktop Trading Course, which includes, among other topics, 10 lessons on how traders can use the platform to submit option orders, review news and research, and customize charts.
