Interactive Brokers reports DART growth for February
Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. announced financial highlights for February 2024.
The brokerage recorded a daily average revenue trade (DART) of 2,443,000 in February 2024, up 15% year-over-year and 11% from January 2024.
End client capital grew 35% year-over-year and 6% month-over-month to $448.2 billion during the period.
Interactive Brokers' client accounts reached 2.69 million in February this year, up 24% from the same period in 2023 and up 2% from January.
The average fee per order was $2.85, including exchange, clearing, and regulatory fees.
The brokerage reported fourth-quarter 2023 net income of $1.139 billion and adjusted net income of $1.149 billion. This compares to $976 million and $958 million, respectively, for the fourth quarter of 2022.
Earlier in the day, Interactive Brokers unveiled an updated version of its client portal with a significantly enhanced interface and the addition of Portuguese.
