IG Group reshuffles senior management team
UK broker IG Group has announced the appointment of Jody Dunn and Sarah Gore Langton as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer, respectively.
The appointments are subject to regulatory approval.
The senior management changes follow last week's announcement that CFO (and interim CEO) Charlie Roses and COO John Noble were leaving the company.
John Noble will be replaced by Jodie Dunn, who is currently Head of Risk at IG Group. Dunn has more than two decades of experience with the firm and is intimately familiar with its internal operations and business aspects. She holds a BSc in Mathematics from Cambridge University and a BSc in Finance from London Business School.
Sarah Gore Langton, currently Chief Compliance Officer, will assume the role of Chief Risk Officer. Langton joined the company in 2015. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Cambridge.
"Both are long-standing employees who have played a key role in building IG's reputation for client service excellence," IG Group said.
"We are delighted to recognize the depth of talent at IG and to continue to promote women in our business," the company said in a statement on its LinkedIn page.
