Craig Erlam, Senior Market Analyst at OANDA, has left the company.

Craig Erlam served as OANDA's Senior Analyst from February 2015 to March 2024. An experienced market analyst and member of the Society of Technical Analysts, Mr. Erlam was a regular commentator on the financial markets on business and investment news programs on Bloomberg, CNBC, BBC, Sky News, and FOX Business.

He has also produced videos for OANDA's own YouTube channel and his views have frequently been featured in publications such as the Financial Times, Reuters, Yahoo, and MSN.

Prior to joining the OANDA team, Erlam worked as an analyst at Alpari UK and Goldman Sachs.

It is worth noting that most analysts agree that Erlam's departure is related to the company's strategy of cost-cutting measures.

Earlier, OANDA CEO Sam Eder left the company after seven years to launch Marketmate and a trader-focused portal of the same name.
