Swissquote shareholders approve all the company's proposals
Swissquote announced the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting, at which a number of important resolutions were approved.
The shareholders approved all the proposals put forward by the company's Board of Directors, Swissquote said in a report.
The meeting approved the payment of a dividend of CHF 4.30. This amount will be paid on May 16, 2024, giving shareholders an additional benefit from their investment in the company.
In addition, all current members of the Board of Directors were re-elected, including Marcus Dennler (Chairman), Jean-Christophe Pernollet, Beat Oberlin, Monica Dell'Anna, Michael Ploog, Paolo Buzzi, Demetra Kalogerou, and Esther Finidori.
At the same time, Beat Oberlin, Monica Dell'Anna, and Paolo Buzzi were re-elected as members of the Remuneration Committee.
Swissquote's Sustainability Report 2023, a non-financial report in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, was also approved.
In his speech, Marcus Dennler, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swissquote, highlighted the company's successful year and thanked the shareholders for their trust and the employees for their outstanding commitment.
All these decisions underline the strategic development of the company and the support of investors for its activities.
