IG Securities announced that it has ceased trading in palm grude oil Contracts for Difference (CFDs) and palm crude oil knockout options.

The company indicated that the decision is due to difficulties in continuing to provide these services.

Action Plan:

- 5 June 2024: Stop accepting new orders for palm crude oil issues.

‘Customers holding both positions will not be able to close one of them via an online order, so please contact customer service,’ the company said in a statement.

However, the broker stressed that the pre-order will not be cancelled and the position will be held when the pre-order price is reached.

- 23 August 2024: Stop accepting settlement orders.

All open positions will be closed at the 1pm (JST) price on the same day and pre-orders will be deleted.
