IFC Markets announced changes to the trading schedule for U.S. Independence Day 2024

IFC Markets has published important information about changes in the trading schedule due to the upcoming U.S. Independence Day on July 4, 2024.

Every year on July 4, the United States celebrates Independence Day. This federal holiday commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, which declared independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain.

Schedule Adjustments:

July 3, 2024:

    - Precious metals trading (XAUUSD, XAGUSD) will close at 19:45 GMT.
    - Trading in US crude oil (XTIUSD) and natural gas (XNGUSD) will close at 19:45 GMT.
    - Major US indices including the DJI30, SP500 and NASDAQ100 will close at 19:45 GMT.
    - US equities and ETFs will also have an early close at 19:45 GMT.

July 4, 2024:

    - All trading in the aforementioned assets will be completely closed.

July 5, 2024:

    - Trading will resume on a normal schedule.
