BDSwiss head of sales leaves the company

Nicole Heinrich, head of sales at Cypriot broker BDSwiss Retail FX and CFDs, has announced her departure from the firm. Heinrich, who has been with BDSwiss for nearly eight years, leaves behind a legacy of leadership and growth at the firm.

Heinrich first joined BDSwiss in 2016 as an account manager and quickly rose through the ranks at the firm. In 2019, she was promoted to account executive, and by 2022, she was promoted to head of sales. In 2023, Heinrich was promoted to Chief Sales Officer (CSO), playing a key role in shaping the company's sales strategies during a time of transformation for the brokerage.

During her tenure, BDSwiss has undergone significant changes, including an almost complete overhaul of its senior leadership team over the past two years. The company has shifted its focus from European Union (EU) operations to expanding its client base in the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), Latin America (LATAM) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. Heinrich has been instrumental in guiding the company through these transitions, helping BDSwiss adapt to the new market dynamics and regulatory environment.

In a social media post announcing her departure, Heinrich recalled her time at BDSwiss, expressing gratitude for the experiences, challenges and relationships she built during her eight years on the job.

“After an amazing eight-year journey with BDSwiss, it's time for me to say goodbye and set out on new adventures,” Heinrich wrote. “I've been fortunate to work with some really talented, driven and just plain awesome people - each of you has played a part in making this chapter so special to me.”

Her departure marks another significant change for BDSwiss as the firm continues to reposition itself in key global markets outside the EU. While the firm has yet to announce Heinrich's replacement, her departure highlights the ongoing evolution of BDSwiss' leadership team as it seeks to strengthen its presence in regions such as MENA, LATAM and APAC.

As for Heinrich, she expressed excitement about what lies ahead, although she has not yet revealed details about her next career move. “I am excited about what's next and can't wait to see what the future will bring,” she concluded in her farewell note.
