LiteFinance announces scheduled maintenance for MT5 accounts
LiteFinance has issued a notice to its clients regarding a scheduled maintenance of its trading servers on October 5, 2024. The maintenance will take place between 10:00 and 10:30 (GMT+3), during which several key services will be temporarily disrupted. This update affects all types of MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts.
According to the official announcement, trading activities involving cryptocurrencies and copy trading will be suspended for the entire duration of the maintenance window. During this period, users with MT5 accounts will be unable to access cryptocurrency markets, and copy trading services will also be unavailable. This downtime applies to all accounts associated with the MetaTrader 5 terminal, regardless of the type or status.
Moreover, LiteFinance has warned that connections to trading accounts on MT5 servers may be difficult or impossible to establish during the maintenance period. Clients attempting to log into their accounts may experience disruptions and should plan accordingly.
In addition to trading disruptions, users should be aware that account information displayed in their Client Profile may be inaccurate during the scheduled maintenance. This includes possible errors in the display of trading history, balance transactions, and available funds. LiteFinance has also indicated that internal transfers, deposit and withdrawal requests, and other related financial transactions will not be processed during this time.
LiteFinance is advising clients to take necessary precautions in advance of the maintenance window, such as closing or adjusting open trades and ensuring that any required transactions are completed beforehand. The company expressed its commitment to minimizing disruption while conducting the necessary updates to enhance platform stability and performance.
The maintenance is part of LiteFinance's ongoing efforts to ensure optimal performance and reliability of its trading services, especially for users operating on the MT5 platform.
