I started working with this broker as a “green novice” in trading. I was worried that I might lose deposit due to lack of experience, that's why I chose social trading at the start. Everything is fine! I follow the recommendations of professionals, copy someone else's experience and make good money. In January I earned $670 in AvaTrade.
AvaTrade disappointed. I heard many positive reviews about this broker, but this is a lie. Execution of orders slows down, the support is in no hurry to provide expert assistance. I will look for an alternative.
Something wrong is going on here… I made $650 transaction to my new acc and money was written off of my bank card, but they never arrived to my trading account. Their technical support kept silence for 17 days and when they finally read my messages they told me that i made some mistakes filling out their forms. Only specialists of my bank helped me out with this situation and I got my money back. It really turned out that it was my fault, but they answered only after 17 days and I completely disliked the way they communicate with their clients. I am done with this broker. Only negative impressions!
Something strange is going on here... I transferred 220 dollars from my bank card to my trading acc. Writing-off was ok, but no crediting to my trading account happened. Technical support was quiet for too long and… when they finally contacted me i heard no excuses or some explanations from them. They only told me that this happened because i made some rude mistakes filling in one of their forms. Only my bank could give me some guarantees and helped me in getting my money back. I don’t know what are their trading conditions or other important things but this is definitely not normal and i am done with this broker.
I am now studying basics of trading with AvaTrade brokerage company and can ensure you that they have just brilliant forex education school. I’ve made some progress already and learned a lot of interesting stuff about trading! Thank you very much AvaTrade. I hope I’ll be ready for a real trading soon))
I used to work with AvaTrade, everything was fine, and there was no problem with withdrawal. Then I lost and the circumstances have changed. Now I took a break in the trade, but if I come back, then I'll definitely come back to AvaTrade!
