Interactive Brokers launches updated Client Portal

Interactive Brokers has unveiled an updated version of its Client Portal, with a significantly enhanced interface and Portuguese language support.

The addition of Portuguese to the Client Portal demonstrates the broker's commitment to providing its clients with the ability to trade in their native language.

The update fixes a bug that blocked traders' access or incorrectly displayed market data on a full-page chart when opening a request for an additional order.

In addition, the latest version of the update gives traders the ability to customize the logout time: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Previously, the client portal automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

To change the time, it is necessary to enter the "Welcome Avatar" menu, select the "Log Out After Inactivity" command, and set the desired value.

The Client Portal interface now also has a horizontal layout, which makes it easier to adapt to different screen sizes and minimizes the amount of scrolling required when placing orders.

The latest update underscores Interactive Brokers' commitment to providing clients with the best user experience that supports their goals.
