Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. announced the results of its recent Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Items voted on included:

- Election of the Company's Board of Directors;

- The ratification of Deloitte as independent auditors;

- Future advisory votes on the compensation of executives.

The Company's independent inspector of election reported the shareholder vote as follows:

To elect Thomas Peterffy, Earl H. Nemser, Milan Galik, Paul J. Brody, Lawrence E. Harris, William Peterffy, Nicole Yuen, Richard Repetto, and Jill Bright to the Board of Directors to serve until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 and until their respective successors are elected and qualified.

All director nominees were elected for one-year terms expiring at the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Shareholders ratified the appointment of Deloitte as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

They also approved, by a majority vote, a proposal to hold an annual vote on executive compensation.
