The support referred to the fact that it does not depend on them, but on the payment system. The second time I got angry with managers because of their slowness. Terrible attitude towards traders!
Thanks to Exness support for help in trading. All issues are resolved promptly, there are many communication channels. I could not figure out the verification process in order to become a full-fledged client of the company, the technical support suggested the correct algorithm.
Registration and verification with IG is a complex process, however, it is a normal practice for brokers which are looking for long-term cooperation. The support is always in touch and is ready to help with the solution of emerging issues. I have no complaints about the broker.
My mind recoils at the memory of the day I bought into an add on some website and followed the link with a promise of additional income. They promised passive income, but simply vanished without a trace in the end, with a bag of somebody else’s money. My $1,070 was also in that bag. There are many good brokers with reliable regulation. Just don’t be too lazy to check everything!

In Exness, I missed social trading like eToro. I think this is a big flaw. Automated trading would greatly simplify the process of making money.
